This program is an experience that will challenge you as a leader and develop you as a person. You, professional and volunteer leaders, have an opportunity to enhance the capacity to effectively lead and administer church, educational, health service ad other community organizations. The Certificate program offers you the opportunity to be involved and learn from communication with fellow leaders, reading, personal coaching and two different cohorts. The first cohort is expected to begin at Andrews University in spring 2006. It will provide the small group work during a two-week intensive towards the beginning and end of your program. Though no academic credit is accrued, participants will become a Leadership certificate holder and will have experienced a minimum of 120 hours of superior leadership training.

The certificate program or cohort is available to groups of participants within organizations on location, both inside and outside of the United States. There will be a cost difference for on-location group participants and a per person rate for the cohorts held at Andrews University.
