• Reduce primary and secondary syphilis to no more than 10 per 100,000 people (baseline 18.1 per 100,000 in 1989)
• Reduce congenital syphilis to no more than 50 cases per 100,000 live births (baseline: 100 per 100,000 live births in 1989)
