All Efficiencies are furnished as well as some one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.  All four-bedroom apartments are unfurnished.

Living Room: 1 sofa set, 1 desk and chair, 1 bookcase, 1 end table and 1 lamp
Kitchen: Refrigerator and electric stove
Dining room: 1 table and chairs
Dressing Room Area: 1 mirror, 1 double dresser, and 1 twin bed

One-Bedroom
Living Room: 1 sofa set (or sofa and arm chair), 1 desk and chair, 1 bookcase, 1 end table and 1 lamp
Kitchen: Refrigerator and electric stove
Dining room: 1 table and chairs
Bedroom: 1 mirror, 1 dresser or chest of drawers, 1 night stand, 1 table lamp, and 1 double or full size bed

Two-Bedroom
Living Room: 1 sofa set (or sofa and arm chair), 1 desk and chair, 1 bookcase, 1 end table and 1 lamp
Kitchen: Refrigerator and electric stove
Dining room: 1 table and chairs
Master Bedroom: 1 mirror, 1 dresser or chest of drawers, 1 end table and 1 bed (full sized or double)
Second Bedroom: 1 mirror, 1 dresser or chest of drawers, beds according to family size

Three-Bedroom
Living Room: 1 sofa set (or sofa and arm chair), 1 desk and chair, 1 bookcase, 1 end table and 1 lamp

Four-bedroom
All four bedroom apartments are unfurnished. 

 
What does "unfurnished" mean?
An unfurnished apartment does not have any furniture except for a refrigerator and stove.

Houses

The University operates 34 houses.  Rental rates range between $600 and $850/mo.  Utilities are the tenant's reponsibility.  Houses are rented on a first come, first served basis. Houses range in size form 1 up to 4 bedrooms.
