Information regarding arrival dates and room assignment is sent to residents after completion of the Residence Hall Application and receipt of room deposit. This information will be mailed to you.

Please plan your travel so that you will arrive during the posted move-in days. Coming earlier may result in being placed in temporary housing until your assigned room is available. Also, rent is determined from the move-in days. If you arrive before the posted move-in day, your account will be charged the daily rate for each day until your semester rent begins. Lamson Hall does not process moves, neither arrival nor departure, during the hours of the Sabbath; we request that you make your travel arrangements to account for this.

If you must arrive after the move-in dates, pleae contact us to hold your room. Unless we hear from you, your room is held until the end of orientation or your first class. We need to know your plans to be able to keep your spot available.
