Let reservations know you are part of the Andrews University group booking ID #246372 for March 9 – 19, 2014. Class starts on March 10 so plan to check in on March 9, and check out on the last day of class, March 19.
The hotel requires a credit card to confirm the reservation, but will not charge until you check out.

VERY IMPORTANT – ROOM SHARE PROCEDURE
There are two ways to do room share, both require pre-planning and clear communication between you and your room mate.

Option 1: Reservations are made in both your names. You will check in with your credit card and ID when you arrive, separately or together. The hotel will “authorize” each card with $100 against incidentals. You will then get your key and proceed to your room. On the March 19th, you will need to go to the front desk together and settle the bill together. Your balance for incidentals will be applied to your room.

Option 2: Reservations are made in the name of the first person to arrive. The first person will check in (as described above) and obtain two keys. (The second person goes directly to the room upon arrival.) The first person’s credit card will be “authorized” for the incidentals. Both of you will need to go to the front desk together on March 19th to check out and settle the bill.

Cost: $58 if you pre-book so they can monitor your flight and wait for you at the airport; $48 if you call upon approval and wait for them, subject to availability. These are flat rates for up to 3 people in the car, so if you may want to plan ahead to share a taxi if you’re arriving about the same time with a colleague. Taxi ride is about 30 minutes.

The shuttle will take you from the airport to Eden Chelsea, then you take a cab for about six blocks to your hotel. Cost: $27.95 for shuttle and about $10 for the cab. Shuttle ride is about 1 hour plus taxi cab ride.
