Biography

In addition to working as an assistant professor of religious studies at Loma Linda University, Dr. Gober is also the Director of the Center for Spiritual Life and Wholeness at LLU. Her other educational background is in marriage and family counseling, public health education and nursing. She speaks widely on the topics of faith, relationships, educational styles, leadership, whole person care and the general topic of wholeness. Her specific interests are in the areas of writing, photography, biking (road and mountain bike), travel, and just about anything that includes adventure, although she bungie-jumped once and wouldn't do it again!

Current Research or Professional Activities

Dr. Gober is an adjunct professor for the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary's Doctor of Ministry program. She is a lead teacher for the Health Care Chaplaincy concentration.
