Enrolling your child.....

  • Children may be enrolled any time during the year as long as space is available. 
  • The registration process is to be completed two weeks prior to the child’s first day of attendance.
  • Seven attendance plans provided for flexible scheduling of even the most complicated schedules. 
  • Please call ahead to set up a tour and enrollment appointment.

What to bring to enroll your child...

  • Your child's immunization records 
  • Recent physical from your pediatrician
  • $50 for registration fee
  • Completed registration forms  
  • Your child's schedule and start date

  • An advanced payment for two weeks must be made by the first day of attendance.

  • Medical Statement to Reqest Special Meals (completed by physician for food substitutions and/or almond milk)

  • Professional Character Clearance Volunteers / Parents (recommended)
  • School Activity and Medical Release Form (required)
  • School Age Child Good Health Statement (replaces physical for school age children)
  • Topical Non-Prescription Medication Form (required)

  • Written Permission to Photograph (required)
