Access to Adobe Creative Cloud During COVID-19


Adobe is making temporary at-home access for schools and colleges who currently have lab-only access for students, at no additional cost.
Access will be granted through May 31, 2020*, and Adobe will update t
his date based on how the COVID-19 situation evolves so students can continue their learning remotely. See Adobe's blog post for more details.

*Since this publication, Adobe has extended the 'at-home' access until July 6, 2020.


Terms and Conditions

These temporary licenses are provided pursuant to [Andrews University's] existing agreement for use of Adobe creative software and will be available through May 31, 2020 or until students return to campus, whichever is sooner.  [Assigning] this temporary license to a student where local laws require parental consent, [the University] is responsible for obtaining any required parental permissions before allowing the student to use the software. As of the end date, users within the organization will be returned to their entitlement level prior to the temporary license request. Any assets created will be accessible by the student but subject to the restrictions based on their storage entitlement. The temporary licenses are provided at Adobe’s sole discretion.

Andrews Unviersity has requested Adobe to provide student users with temporary licenses. You agree to the above conditions and to Adobe's existing license terms and conditions.

How to Access Adobe Creative Cloud

Eligibility: Active students currently registered for classes. Andrews email and password are required.

  1. Sign-in to Adobe Creative Cloud: https://creativecloud.adobe.com
  2. Select Continue with Google
  3. Sign-in with your Andrews email. Make sure you are signing into adobe.com as displayed below.
  4. Enter your Andrews password.

     
  5. When you see the Adobe welcome page, you may begin using Adobe Creative Cloud.  Select View all to get to your Adobe products.
    NOTE: If you do not see this screen, continue to step #6.
  6. If you see the following screen, select Connect my Google account to this Adobe ID.

     
  7. Check your Andrews email for a verification code and enter it in the "Verification code" field to verify who you are.

     
  8. When you see the following screen, your Andrews Google account has been connected to your Adobe ID.  Select Done.

     
  9. When you see the Adobe welcome page, you may begin using Adobe Creative Cloud.  Select View all to get to your Adobe products.
