JACL is currently read in over 90 countries. Readers come from many denominations, types of organizations, professions, academic and professional. This is one of the reasons we have established a two-fold focus appropriate for a peer-reviewed journal:
- Article manuscripts should be based on rigorous research methods
- The writing style should communicate to non-technical readers not familiar with research jargon.
Moreover we often feature articles higlighting the crosscultural dimensions of leadership. The fall 2010 issue will be focusing on Leadership Across Crosscultural Boundaries.
