The Office of Transportation, 471-3519, requires a written request submitted by all clubs and organizations wishing to obtain transportation. This request must include the following information:
- Date of event
- Times of event
- Locations of event
- Directions to locations of event
- Number of people attending event needing transportation
- IDC account number
- Your name and position within your organization
- Sponsor's signature
Transportation service fees are listed below. Rates include fuel, but not parking or tolls.

There will be a minimum rate charge for cancellations of less than 24 hours. Minimum charge for use of or for cancellation of Small Coach and School Bus is $25.00, and $35.00 for the Coach. Add $.5 per mile if towing a trailer. Driver time is figured at 40 miles per hour average. Additional hours will be figured at $33.00 per hour.
