CAMPUS MINISTRIES
AU OUTREACH: A network of ministries that reach out weekly to the community of Benton Harbor and the greater Berrien area. Ministries include nursing home visitations, children’s and youth ministries, and street ministry.
AUSA Friday Night Vespers: This program helps attendees transition from the hustle and bustle of the week into the rest of the Sabbath.
Chapel: The weekly gathering spot for everyone on campus to pause, reflect and worship God through Thursday Chapel programs, longer Power Pac weekends, or Weeks of Spiritual Emphasis.
CMRadio: An online streaming radio ministry that features local and national Christian recording artists, live broadcasts including the monthly Fusion Vespers, as a way to be Nurtured, Connect and Grow. Listen now at www.andrews.edu/CM/cmradio/.
Easter Passion Play: Experience and become part of the passion of Jesus Christ, right here on our campus!
Fusion: A monthly vespers that merges all Friday night programs. The result is a dynamic and diverse worship experience that celebrates the cultural richness of Andrews University.
Higher Ground: A well-attended collegiate Sabbath School featuring music and Bible study and breakfast provided by local parents.
Impact: A popular after-vespers program sponsored each Friday night by the Black Student Christian Forum (BSCF) featuring a dynamic musical worship experience.
Impressions: A touring drama ministry that visits academies and churches within the Lake Union Conference.
Improv: Telling moral life lessons and discussing seldom-presented issues through improve drama.
Integrate: A Saturday night vespers program designed to integrate God’s Word into the lives of students by encouraging, equipping and fellowshipping.
Mosaic: A Friday late-night worship option that takes on many different forms— interactive cafés, concerts by independent Christian artists, gallery exhibits, and creative prayer experiences.
MyTown Ministries: An opportunity for students to make a social and spiritual impact in our neighboring city of Chicago.
New Life: A student-led worship service held each week in the Seminary Chapel. If you like powerful preaching, gospel music, and dynamic praise, then this service might be for you.
Sanctuary: A diverse, student-focused service held in the campus church. The “blended” style of worship has something for everyone, and features the inspiring preaching of our campus pastor, Dwight K. Nelson.
Small Group Central: A place where you can find a small group to join or the training and resources to start your own.
S.P.A.R.K. (Share, Prayer, Ask, Receive, Know): A ministry that supports small group prayer on campus through a number of programs including sidewalk prayer stations and prayer tag.
Student Missions: A growing movement on campus involving hundreds of Andrews University students in domestic and international short-term mission trips, as well as one-year task force and student missionary experiences.

All students, regardless of their major or minor, are welcome to participate in one or more of Andrews University’s distinguished musical organizations. In addition to performing in our world-class Howard Performing Arts Center, they regularly tour and perform abroad. Members of these organizations are selected on an audition basis only. ANDREWS UNIVERSITY STUDENT ASSOCIATION (AUSA)
Student government gives students an opportunity to deliberate on important campus issues, and to build on the quality of campus life by initiating change projects. Students interested in running for one of the elected executive offices (president, vice-president, etc.) of the AUSA should first seek election as an AUSA senator. Senate elections are held at the beginning of the fall semester each year.

STUDENT CLUBS AND ORGANIZATIONS
Andrews University students participate in over 75 clubs and organizations including:
Academic Clubs: These clubs offer students with similar academic interests the opportunity to pursue their professional goals.
J.N. Andrews Honors Program: Students with high ACT/SAT scores and a GPA greater than 3.50 may qualify for this program. For more information, contact the Honors office at 269.471.3297.
Ethnic and International Clubs: These clubs offer students a variety of opportunities to celebrate their common heritage, learn about the viewpoints of others, and add to the cultural richness of the campus.
Special Interest Clubs: These clubs offer students with similar personal interests the opportunity to enjoy any number of activities from rock climbing to music, to special causes like the environment or social justice.
Class Organizations: These organizations serve the interests of the freshman, sophomore, junior and senior classes. Elected officers lead their classmates in campus-wide competitions, and organize activities throughout the year.
Become a leader—start your own club! If there isn’t a club that meets your particular interests, you can form your own club by following the guidelines and registration procedures set up by the Student Life Office. We’re always looking for new clubs!
