2017 Trip to Totality

Andrews University is pleased to provide you with the opportunity to view the total solar eclipse on August 21, 2017 with an overnight trip to Highland Academy in Portland, TN.

The total eclipse is expected to be viewed by millions. This is the first total solar eclipse visible from contiguous states in the US since 1979.

Should the weather forecast indicate that viewing the eclipse will not be possible at Highland Academy, we've arranged for alternate viewing locations both east and west of the academy.

If you'd like to add another person to your party, please contact us at physics@andrews.edu. Otherwise, trip registration is closed.
