Graduate Programs

The Department of Nursing offers a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program with an emphasis in Family Nurse Practitioner. Andrews is the first Seventh-day Adventist nursing program to offer a program allowing students to move directly from a Bachelor of Science track to the DNP; this preparation will provide Advanced Practice Nurses for mission fields far and near.

We continue to offer candidates a certification in Nursing Education.

Applying to Andrews University is the first step.

1. Apply to Andrews University Graduate DNP Program

2. Additional DNP Nursing Requirements

These additional requirements will be done and collected through Certified Profile, they include a physical evaluation, immunizations, criminal background check, drug test, CPR, and RN license.  Instructions for Certified Profile
