    Andrews is located in Berrien Springs, Michigan, about a 30-minute drive from South Bend, Indiana, and two-hour drive from Chicago.

  8. I’ve heard that Andrews is very international, how many different countries are represented at Andrews?
    We represent over 90 countries, and almost all 50 states. Andrews is one of the most diverse campuses in the United States. According to U.S. News & World Report's 2021 edition of "America's Best Colleges," we are tied for 2nd in campus ethnic diversity and 7th for most international students.
  9. How long has Andrews University been around?
    Andrews University started in 1874. We’ve been located in Berrien Springs for almost 120 years.
  10. What sort of campus security does Andrews provide?
    We take campus safety very seriously at Andrews. The Office of Campus Safety patrols the campus at night and provides a free escort anywhere on campus for those who may desire one. Access to the university after 11 p.m. is very closely monitored. The campus is also well-lit at night to provide added security.
  11. I don’t really know what I want to major in yet, is that a problem?
    Not at all. In fact, we respect the fact that you want to wait until you are sure before declaring your major(s). Explore Andrews is a great program to help you discover your calling!
  12. What can I do for fun around Andrews?
    Join one of our intramural sports teams, dive into our pool, bike the trails behind Burman Hall (one of our residences for men), join any of the many cultural clubs that are always planning activities or join forces with your fellow classmen and compete in the annual campus-wide competition, Almost Anything Goes. Andrews offers unlimited options to keep you occupied.
  13. How many Adventist churches are there in the area?
    There are approximately 30 churches in the area in and around Andrews. Pioneer Memorial Church is the main college church located on the campus mall, with New Life Fellowship and One Place also offering diverse worship options on campus.
