Health Professions Career Fair

Each year, the College of Health & Human Services looks forward to hosting the Health Professions Job Fair, which provides opportunities for students to meet and talk with prospective employers. We recognize how important it is to partner with you in the preparation of the best healthcare professionals to meet the needs of the communities we serve. 

The 2026 Health Professions Fair will take place on February 8, from 10:30 am  - 1:30 pm in the Andreasen Center for Wellness Gymnasium on the Andrews University Campus. 

This event specifically highlights students from our health-related majors:

  • Speech Language Pathology and Audiology
  • Public Health
  • Nursing
  • Nutrition and Dietetics
  • Exercise Science
  • Physical Therapy
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Medical Laboratory Sciences
  • Mental Health Counseling and Psychology

How to register

Registration Fees

$150: includes one 6-foot rectangular table, 2 chairs, lunch for two representatives, free parking, and inclusion in the career fair brochure. Each additional representative will incur an additional $20 fee. All registrations are limited to 3 representatives. Registrations with representatives with more than 3 representatives will require a separate registration.  

Registration Deadline

The deadline for registration and payments is January 25, 2027. Registration information such as company name, positions to be filled, and email for a contact person will be included in the booklet for those who register before the deadline. Any registration without payment after the deadline will be cancelled. Registrations after the deadline will result in a late registration fee of $25. Late registration is dependent upon booth availability, and employer information will be excluded from the program's brochure.   

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Employer event registration fees must be submitted by the registration deadline. Fees are non-refundable for an organization canceling within five (5) business days before the event or if the employer is a no-show on the day of the event. Future event registration for an organization with an unpaid balance due to non-remittance, late cancellation, or non-attendance will not be approved until full payment is received. Access to all other recruiting services will also be denied.

Please ensure that you contact Joydel Trail at joydel@andrews.edu before sending material to provide a description of the item(s), number of packages, tracking number, and who to contact in case of an issue with receipt of the shipment. 

Directions, Parking, and Unloading

Parking for this event is available in the Andreasen Center for Wellness's parking lot (8750 W Campus Cir. Dr., Berrien Springs, MI 49103) as well as across the street in the Pioneer Memorial Church's parking lot (8655 University Blvd, Berrien Springs, MI 49103). You will not need a parking pass, but you must ensure that you park only in these two lots. Vendors may pull up close to the Wellness Center's main doors for unloading and packing up during arrival and departure. Please be mindful of others who might be waiting to unload and pack up as well.  Access the campus map here.  

Career Fair Schedule

We typically expect approximately 200 students to attend this career fair. The following schedule is utilized:

  • 9:00 am - 10:15 am: Employer check-in and booth set up (booth assignment, employer packet)
  • 10:30 am - 1:30 pm: Career Fair
  • 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm: Employer lunch (booths must still be manned during lunch)
  • 1:30 pm: Breakdown
