How to Use Duo Texting   |  

Step 1

Sign-in to an Andrews service protected by Duo Two-Factor Authentication.

Step 2

Select Enter a Passcode.

• You may also select Remember me for 1 day to not have Duo authenticate you for 24 hours. See more info on this.

Step 3

Enter a passcode that was texted to your phone then select Log in.
To receive additional passcodes, select Text me new codes. A new batch of five passcodes will be sent to your phone. All passcodes will expire after 1 day (24 hrs) whether they were used or not..
