Systems & Operations oversees the student and employee experience so that operational units across Andrews University achieve institutional effectiveness through Christ-centered teams who are skilled, knowledgeable, and aligned with the mission and values of the University.
Systems & Operations exists to make the everyday experience of being a student or employee at Andrews simpler and more consistent — one directory instead of a dozen offices, one set of standards instead of many local habits, one place to see how a policy, a process, and a piece of technology fit together. We work across every operational unit, not inside just one, coordinating the services, data, workflows, standards, policy, and technology that keep the institution running.
That coordination role is documented in our Master Plan, which sets out four working pillars and tracks progress against each of them every cycle.
