Payment Options

There are a number of ways to make a payment at Andrews, please choose the option with which you are the most comfortable. Whichever you choose, please remember to include the account name and ID# to insure swift and accurate receipting. Receipts can be mailed upon request. 1. Mail checks-Student Financial Services 4150 Administration Drive Berrien Springs, MI 49104-0750 Allow min. 5 days for payments to post.
2. Pay over Phone (MC, Visa, Discover, American Express) Credit Card Payment Line: (269) 471-3326 If there is no response during lobby hours, please leave a message and a cashier will contact you to complete your request.
3. In person During Lobby Hours:1st Floor Administration Building. After Lobby Hours: We have a drop box located beside the glass doors.
4. Wire money-Domestic (USD) Call for details: 269-471-3334 or 1-800-253-2874.
5. Wire money-International (foreign currency accounts) Learn more about peerTransfer at www.peertransfer.com.
6. E-mail us sfs@andrews.edu
7. Electronic Funds Transfer (Checking or Savings) You can set up EFT online at Registration Central each term or you can fill out an EFT form.
8. AUTO PAY (MC, Visa, Discover, American Express) Cashiers can set up automatic payments from your credit card on a weekly, monthly, bi-weekly basis.
