Authorized User Setup

If you will be having someone make payments on your Andrews University account, you will need to set them up in TouchNet® as an Authorized User. Just follow these easy steps.

  1. Log in to your TouchNet® Student Account Center.
  2. Click on the Authorized User tab located at the top of your screen.
  3. Enter your Authorized User information.
  4. Your Authorized User will receive two emails from TouchNet®; the first with a link and further instructions. The second with a temporary password.

That's it! Your parent, spouse, or sponsor will now be able to log in from any computer at any time and make a payment to your student account using their credit card or a US checking or savings account.
