Child Care Services

 

Kid's Club begins October 18!

 
Kid's ages 5-13 will enjoy supervised play time right here at the Andreasen Center for Wellness. Please read all informatin and policies below before registering your child for Kid's Club.
  •         Kid's Club will only accept children ages 5-13 who are fully potty trained.
  •         Kid's Club operates Mondays and Thursday, 5:15-7:45 P.M.
  •         Kid's Club services a maximum of 12 children at a time. Attendance is first come, first served. No reservations.
  •         Parent/Guardian and child must be current members, or have purchased a Day Pass or Punch card to utilize Kid’s Club. No additional charges are required.
  •         Children with signs/symptoms of illness must not attend Kid’s Club.
  •         Parent/Guardian must complete this registration form for each child prior to their first visit.
  •         Child must be dropped off and picked up by parent/guardian
  •         Parent/Guardian must remain in the building, with their cellphone on their person, while their child is in the care of Kid’s Club.
  •         Parent/Guardian must sign child out before removing them from Kid's Club.
  •         A late fee of $2 per minute will be charged beginning at 7:46 P.M.
  •         Parent/Guardian will be notified and must immediately remove their child if their child is unwilling to comply with counselor instructions.
  •         Toys, electronics and other belongings will be brought to Kid’s Club at the risk of participants. Kid’s Club is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
  •         No drinks or snacks may be brought with the exception of water bottles. Drinks and snacks will not be provided.
