Kids' Club will resume Monday, January 10!

Kids ages 5-13 will enjoy supervised play time right here at the Andreasen Center for Wellness. Please read all informatin and policies below before registering your child for Kid's Club.

Kids' Club will only accept children ages 5-13 who are fully potty trained.
Kids' Club operates Mondays and Thursday, 5:15-7:45 P.M.
Kids' Club services a maximum of 12 children at a time. Attendance is first come, first served. No reservations.
Parent/Guardian and child must be current members, or have purchased a Day Pass or Punch card to utilize Kids' Club. No additional charges are required.
Children with signs/symptoms of illness must not attend Kids' Club.
Parent/Guardian must complete this registration form for each child prior to their first visit.
Child must be dropped off and picked up by parent/guardian
Parent/Guardian must remain in the building, with their cellphone on their person, while their child is in the care of Kids' Club.
Parent/Guardian must sign child out before removing them from Kids' Club.
A late fee of $2 per minute will be charged beginning at 7:46 P.M.
Parent/Guardian will be notified and must immediately remove their child if their child is unwilling to comply with counselor instructions.
Toys, electronics and other belongings will be brought to Kid’s Club at the risk of participants. Kids' Club is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
No drinks or snacks may be brought with the exception of water bottles. Drinks and snacks will not be provided.
