Please note the following requirements for attending in-person classes:

  1. All participants MUST reserve a spot for class in the app to attend. Class registration opens 24 hours in advance.
  2. You must arrive to class on time in order to claim your reserved spot. When class begins, no-shows will forfeit reservations to those present.
  3. Physical distancing of six feet will be required before and after classes. Physical distancing of 12 feet will be required during classes, due to state restrictions. The floor has been marked accordingly.
  4. Masks are required at all times during  class.
  5. Participants will be required to wipe down any equipment used during class.
  6. Participants are required to follow all instructions presented by staff or on signage. Those who fail to comply may be asked to leave.
  7. Those not feeling well should NOT ATTEND.
Also note:
  • A schedule of classes will be posted each day to our community board in the APP, as well as our Instagram and Facebook stories. This is also where information may be found about cancellations, when necessary.
  • All classes will have a maximum capacity of 15 people.

 

Class Descriptions

Name of Class Description
Virtual Mat Pilates This online, Zoom based class introduces the fundamentals and proper techniques of Pilates mat.  Focuses on body connections, breathing, alignment and awareness.  Designed to align, lengthen and strengthen the body.  Zoom link can be found on the community board.
The WOD This full body "Workout Of the Day" will enhance your overall fitness via functional movements performed at a high intensity in a constantly changing format.
Cardio Beats Fun and energizing cardio class utilizing choreographed movement sequences to music to challenge body and mind.
Spin X A 30 minute medium-high intensity cycling class which provides a cardiovascular and endurance workout to help support your fitness goals.
Movement Therapy Improve balance, rhythm, flexibility and strength with this low-impact class.

Power Beats

Build strength to the beat with choreographed resistance training for a fun, effective, full-body workout in only 30 minutes.
STRONG Nation Body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
Restore 30 Devote 30 minutes to recover, realign and relax as you improve flexibility.
Metabolic Conditioning Weight/interval training class designed to make you stronger!  Will offer a range of lifting exercises to build muscular strength and endurance while adding a core and balance component to each move.
GRIT Strength Practice the fundamentals of resistance training to build muscle and get stronger. Get ready to get sore!
Cardio Power Hour Sweat to the beat as you kick up your heart rate with 30 minutes of STRONG Nation followed by 30 minutes of Cardio Beats.
H20 Fit Make a splash in this upbeat class! Meet in the pool for an excellent workout that is also easy on the joints.
