Become a catalyst for change in the world by enrolling in the online 36-credit Master of Arts (M.A.) Leadership in Social Innovation program. This project-based experiential and experimental learning program will allow participants to develop their skills and knowledge in Social Entrepreneurship, Advocacy, and Services/Development initiatives. Participants may apply for $10,000 matching seed grants to initiate their social innovation capstone project.

We are home to four distinct programs: Educational Leadership, Higher Education Administration, Leadership, and the MA in Social Innovation. Program orientation is a required component of your graduate leadership development journey. You will register for LEAD630 - 2 credits for summer semester. This intense, 5-day program will launch your graduate journey, setting you up for success.

Who: All graduate participants who started the program in fall semester 2025, spring semester 2026, or summer semester 2026.
