StepUp
Runs January 23-April 26
- Incentive walking program for faculty and staff

*Check in station located at Fitness & Exercise Studies (FTES) Office
*Steps can be recorded all day during the work week (Monday to Friday)
*Step tallies can be turned in weekly to FTES office or emailed to ahealthyu@andrews.edu
*Progress can be monitored online
*Johnson Gym will NOT be available to faculty and staff
*Faculty and staff may join at any point

FitZone BodyWorks
- Two group fitness classes per week (after work)
- Cost is $80 (half reimbursed by HR)
- Meets in FitZone (located behind Marsh Hall)

This local event invludes speakers from all over the country as well as those from campus. People from all experience levels can be involved.
