November 2 Membership Reactivation

On Monday, Nov. 2, 2020, all paused memberships will become active. Monthly memberships will begin to be charged again, and annual memberships will be unpaused (receiving an additional 7.5 months past their original end date). *Reservations are required to utilize the fitness areas, attend a group fitness class or access the pool area. Reservations are available up to 24 hours in advance. Please arrive a few minutes before your reservation to complete the COVID-19 screening process.

Hours of Operation

Sundays: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Mondays–Thursdays: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 pm.m to 9 p.m.
Fridays: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Saturdays: CLOSED

  1. After you have completed your membership sign up, check your email for a message from If you cannot find this message in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders.
  2. Follow the first link in the email to set your password. The username or email used should be the same as was used to create your membership. If you are a student or employee of Andrews University, this will be your AU email address.
  3. If you believe you have set up an account in the past, but are unable to log in, follow the link to reset your password.
