Step One: Application

Apply Now

  • FACTS requires a non-refundable $100 payment upon submission of application.
  • This needs to be completed by a parent.  When "creating an account," enter parent information.

Financial Agreement

A Financial Agreement is required for all students. Please make an appointment for your family with Gracie Gaytan, Student Accounts Manager, via https://calendly.com/aafinances.

Recommendation Forms

  • Two forms need to be completed--at least one by a current teacher/principal, and the second one can be by a pastor/Pathfinder leader/another teacher.  If you attend an area Adventist school, your eighth grade teacher and principal will receive a link to complete the recommendation form.  Email them directly requesting that they complete a recommendation on your behalf.

Step Two: Enrollment

FACTS Enrollment

  • You will receive an email of your acceptance as an Andrews Academy student with instructions on how to complete FACTS Enrollment.

Medical Insurance Card

  • Upload a medical insurance card (front & back - jpeg format only, clear photo) when completing online enrollment OR email to aaadmissions@andrews.edu.

Step Three: Class Schedule

  • Incoming 9th Graders: The Class Schedule will be provided at Grad Bash Brunch – Sunday, June 1, 2025, @ 10:30 AM. Classes cannot be reserved until steps 1 and 2 above are finished. Appointments with the registrar begin June 3.
  • Incoming 10th-12th Graders: Upon completion of FACTS Application/Enrollment and Financial Agreement, an email will be sent to you with instructions to make an appointment with the registrar beginning May 19.

AA Uniform Policy

AU Campus Safety & Lunch Program

  • School Lunch and Subsidized Lunch Program (reduced meals) are provided by Andrews University Dining Services. Payments may be made online via Touchnet or in the AA main office (cash or check to Andrews Academy). Applications/contracts for reduced meals are due August 21. They are available below and in the AA main office.

Textbooks & Uniforms

  • Textbooks: Andrews Academy has established a textbook program that provides students with the necessary textbooks and digital content for their classes. Students will be able to buy their required textbooks/digital content through the Academy and then sell their textbooks back at the end of the semester/school year, provided that the book will be used again. Based on the condition of the textbook, returning students will receive credit on their account for returned textbooks. Non-returning students will receive the credit on their account and will need to request a refund from Student Financial Services at AU via an online form.

Note that some classes require digital content which will be paid for at the same time as the textbooks. The digital code will be provided to the student by Andrews Academy and is not returnable. It likely will not be transferable if the student drops the class.

  • Uniforms: Please visit Lands' End or contact Andrews Academy (limited supply) for uniforms, which consist of AA logoed polos/shirts, AA logoed jackets, and PE uniforms.
