Required Financial Aid Documents

First, file your FAFSA online.
Then, complete and sign all of the following:

• Andrews University Financial Information Sheet
• Copies of 2008 signed student and parent (or student and spouse) 1040 tax returns with schedules
• Copies of student and parent (or student/spouse W2s   
• If taking federal loans, fill out a loan request form (renew annually).  First-time borrowers will need to complete Loan Entrance Counseling and sign a Master Promissory Note.  See Federal Loan Information link on the right.                                

Please allow 24 hours for us to track these documents in before going online or contacting us via phone. Turn your papers in ASAP.  Delaying could result in loss of limited federal/state funds and financial clearance difficulties.  August is an extremely busy month for our office. Tracking could take longer.
