The first payment for the school year (1/10th of the total tuition charge) is due August 5, 2024. Each family should set up an appointment with the Student Accounts Manager at https://calendly.com/aafinances. You may email gaytan@andrews.edu with questions.

Additional Andrews Academy tuition assistance is available for students/families with a demonstrated need. The form is to be submitted to the Academy office along with tax forms/proof of income for the upcoming year. Financial aid is awarded by the Financial Aid Committee on a needs-based formula according to the scholarship money available. Proof of current income, as well as an individual meeting with the Student Accounts Manager is required. FAMILY DISCOUNT >> DOWNLOAD FORM

A discount on tuition only is available to full time students when two members of the same family are enrolled at Andrews Academy and/or an approved local SDA school.  For two members, a discount of 5% applies, and for three or more members, a discount of 10%.  Members are defined as unmarried dependent children of the same family.

PROJECT ASSIST ($2,475, three-way match) >> DOWNLOAD FORM
Project Assist is a Michigan Conference three-way matching program to help families who are members of a Michigan Conference Adventist Church, who could not otherwise attend Andrews Academy. The application is submitted directly to the family's church along with tax forms/proof of income. The church will determine the financial need and forward this information to the Academy. The amount awarded depends on the local church. The maximum amount to be matched by the Academy and the Michigan Conference is $825. This makes Project Assist worth a total of $2,475 per student. Please contact your church for their application deadline.

EMPLOYEE EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE (Denominational Employees—35%) >> DOWNLOAD FORM
An employment benefit to Andrews University and other Seventh-day Adventist denominational employees allows educational assistance of 35% of tuition for their children who are enrolled as full-time students. Application for Andrews University employees is available online at Andrews University Human Resources. If you qualify, but are not employed by Andrews University, please make arrangements with your employer and Andrews University Student Financial Services.

SUBSIDIZED LUNCH PROGRAM
Andrews Academy participates in the free/reduced price lunch program. Eligibility is determined by Andrews University Dining Services, which administers the program for the Academy. Proof of income is required. Contact the AA office at 269-471-3138 or email aaadmissions@andrews.edu for the form. (Typically available starting in August.)
