The Systems Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and security of the university’s on-premise and cloud-based servers and services. This role ensures the availability and performance of core IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, virtualization, storage, backups, and enterprise applications. Working closely with network, security, and application teams, the Systems Administrator helps sustain a robust technology foundation that supports Andrews University’s academic, administrative, and research missions.

The Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences at Andrews University is seeking a highly skilled and innovative individual for a full-time (12-month) tenure track Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) faculty to teach in a NAACLS accredited MLS Program. The Student Marketing Assistant will assist the Operations Coordinator in activities related to marketing and recruiting for the Postprofessional Physical Therapy programs.

Constructs and repairs structural woodwork and equipment in establishment by performing the following duties. Rotates weekend shifts to take call for emergency service calls including repairs beyond normal work hours as required. May be called in at any time to assist with emergency repairs as needed. This position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of Plant Service by managing the trades foremen and work assigned to those areas. It also includes being able to perform trade-based work either independently or alongside other tradespersons. Also responsible to serve in a rotating on-call capacity for facility emergencies including overnight, Sabbath, and holidays.

They serve as second in the Plant Services chain of command following the Director of Facilities.

The Doctoral Capstone Coordinator will oversee and manage the capstone project for the OTD program. The DCC reports to the Program Director and will teach capstone courses, secure capstone sites, support the development of capstone mentors, and monitor students' progress throughout the capstone process, ensuring alignment with the academic program’s curricular design. The DCC will also ensure the OTD program's compliance with ACOTE capstone requirements. The DCC will work closely with the AFWC and other faculty members. This position requires frequent travel to various doctoral capstone experiential sites, so the ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to travel. 

The ideal candidate must possess a post-professional doctoral degree (OTD, PhD, DHSc, etc.) from a USDE accredited institution and be registered with NBCOT/AOTA.
