MA (Religious Education) for Bible Teachers

The Bible Teaching Emphasis is designed to equip Bible teachers to understand and facilitate the process of discipleship in the lives of school-aged children and youth.  Because of the importance of this emphasis, the NAD and AU are working together to provide 50% scholarships, and 100% online classes for this emphasis.
This emphasis includes the following:

  1. Up to 12 credits advanced standing for already completed religion and/or education requirements (18 undergraduate or 12 graduate credits)
  2. Religious education core courses customized to include biblical studies and theology options to meet the needs of Bible teachers (20 credits)
  3. Bible courses (8 credits)
  4. Education courses (8 credits)
