Invitation for Comments

The Seventh-day Adventist Seminary is pleased to announce that on September 23-26, 2019 we will be hosting a comprehensive accreditation visit team from the Association of Theological Schools (ATS). The purpose of this visit is to review the work of the Seminary since 2009 when our ATS accreditation was last reaffirmed. In preparation for this visit the seminary solicits comments on substantive matters regarding our qualifications for accreditation. Qualifications are evaluated on the basis of the ATS General Institutional Standards, the Educational Standard, and Degree Program Standards. Comments are to be made in writing to Director, Commission Information Services, of the ATS Commission on Accrediting. we have prepared a self-study which examines the various aspects of the institution including all of our master’s and doctoral programs.
