Virtual Group Fitness Classes
Andreasen Center for Wellness is offering group fitness classes online. These classes are free for students and employees. However, you will need to register for the classes though The Wellness Club App (using the Schedule tab). A virtual link has already been emailed to Andrews students and employees that will connect you to the workout.

  • Cardio Beats - A fun and energizing music-based cardio class that is appropriate for all fitness levels.
  • Household HIIT - A High Intensity Interval Training class incorporating strength, cardio and stretching. Designed to be completed right in your living room!
  • PiYo - Fluid movements combine to build muscle strength and flexibility for a total body workout.
  • Restore 30 - Devote thirty minutes to recovery and relaxation through stretching. No exercise necessary!
  • STRONG - A combination of muscle conditioning, cardio, plyometrics and martial arts synced to music that has been specifically designed to match every movement. Get ready to sweat!
 
Les Mills Free Workouts
This temporary site allows free access to 100+ workouts during the COVID-19 disruptions.
 
Les Mills Workouts for Kids
When it comes to learning a whole lot of awesome moves, these classes are the way to go. Each 20 or 40-minute class is jam-packed with cool music and foundation fitness moves and fun games. This is sure to leave the kids (and parents) feeling great!
 
Whether you're a beginning exerciser who needs help getting started or someone who wants to add some spice to your fitness routine, the ACE Fit® Exercise Library offers a variety of movements to choose from. Browse through total-body exercises or movements that target more specific areas of the body. Each comes with a detailed description and photos to help ensure proper form.
