Writing Center

The Writing Center will open September 14, 2026.  

Staffed by students from a variety of majors and backgrounds, and located in Nethery Hall Room 134, the Writing Center is a free academic resource available to the entire Andrews University community.  If you would like one-on-one assistance with your writing projects, along with the opportunity to improve your overall writing skills and strategies, schedule an appointment now.  

The Writing Center is a place to find help "for all your writing needs."

  • Please do not book more than two consecutive 30 minute sessions with any one tutor. (Be mindful of other students who may also be seeking help).
  • Virtual/video conference appointment confirmations will contain a link to the Teleport video conferencing platform. Open the link just prior to your appointment time.
  • So that we can serve you best, please be prepared to share specific writing concerns you have that you would like feedback on.
  • Appointments will be cancelled automatically if clients do not show up within 10 minutes.
