I Want to Study at the Seminary, But I Can't Move To Michigan

Not everyone can relocate to the Seminary for two years or longer, but you can still explore the depths of doctrinal knowledge and sharpen your ministry tools. With our two new degree delivery options, you can either study completely online, or combine online classes and as little as one on-campus semester to earn your degree!

MA (Religion) Interdisciplinary Studies Online

This degree is a wonderful resource for church administrators, Bible teachers and ministry workers worldwide, together with interested lay people who want to learn more about the Bible and about ministering in their church community.  Our online classes are brand-new and feature our internationally acclaimed professors, who are committed to helping you develop a strong theological foundation. This degree provides an unmatched, cohort-based experience and a diverse, international perspective on ministry.

Are you considering taking doctoral studies in the future? If so, our on-campus, specialized MA in Religion degree might be better for you. However, the MA (Religion) Interdisciplinary Studies Online is a magnificent tool for any Adventist church leader or member who wishes to solidify their understanding of doctrine and Scripture. Visit our website to find out more about these new options and begin your application for Fall Semester today!

Master of Divinity Hybrid Course Delivery Option

The Master of Divnity (MDiv) is the preferred degree for Seventh-day Adventist pastors and chaplains in the North American Division.  However, for those who are not able to relocate to Andrews for two years or longer, it is now possible to earn this degree with a combination of online classes, summer intensives and as little as one on-campus semester! This delivery method is also available to those who plan to study on campus in the future, but who are not able to make the transition immediately.  Students have the opportunity to switch from the Hybrid campus to the Main campus only once. Contact the MDiv office at (269) 471-3538  or midv@andrews.edu for more information.
