Looking for a roomate

I'm a seminary student looking for a roomate (males only), to share a room and split the rent.  The room has two single beds and a closet, a desk and a chair.  It's part of a house where we share livingroom, bathroom and kitchen with another male student.  There is washing machine and dryer, heating, power and all utilities included.  Walking distance from Anderws.  The rent already split would be $250 (plus deposit), month to month and the deal is directly with the landlord.  Quiet place.
