Niles-Buchanan YMCA hosts 2nd Annual Health Week

The Niles - Buchanan YMCA kicked off its 2nd Annual Health Week on Sunday. The week long event encourages healthy and active living for those living in the Niles community.
The week begins with a health fair and expo sponsored by Andrews University. People who attend the expo will be treated to food, nutrition information, mini workouts, cooking demonstrations, local heath service information, and free health screenings.
