Hello, I am looking for someone to take up my roommate's lease.

it is a 2 bedroom apt. approximately 0.3 miles (10 minutes walk) from Andrews University. On 9124 George street apts 

Rent: for the room is $325.

plus a $325 one time security deposit. Only paid once on the day you sign the lease.

Water and garbage included.

Electricity and Wifi NOT included(approximately $35 a month).
