Roommate needed, must be okay with dogs

need a roommate ASAP

I need a roommate for a new apartment that is a 6 minute drive off-campus. Need someone to agree to room with me and will move in in early-mid January.

• College-age preferred, not gender specific
• Must be okay with small dogs
• Basement apartment unit (not ADA accessible)
• 2 bedrooms, 1 bath
• Rent: $450 / month
• Utilities included: all (wst, internet, electric/heat, laundry machines in-unit)
• Unfurnished apartment (I have living/dining-room furniture to use)
• One room has a bed if needed
• Application fee & deposit needed
• 6-month lease preferred, willing to do 1-year lease
