The Berrien County Parks Department has the following employment opportunities available for summer 2022:
Berrien County Parks—Silver Beach
Positions Open: Park Ranger; Lifeguard
We pay above minimum wage and provide onsite training.
Park Ranger Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
Lifeguard Qualifications: Lifeguards must have current certificates in American Red Cross Lifeguard Training, or equivalent, and be certified in CPR for Adult, Infant, and Child prior to the start of the season. Resources to become certified or re-certified—Bridgman Aquatic Center, Red Cross Online Lifeguard Certification, and YMCA.
Berrien County Parks—Love Creek & Silver Beach
Positions Open: Park Maintenance
Maintenance Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
