My name is Bakari. I am currently a 2nd year Doctor of Physical Therapy student. I am opening the second room in my apartment up off for rent. I am looking for a roommate who is clean, relatively quiet, responsible, and that will have minimal traffic through the apartment. I am not home much, but I have a livestream set up in my living room for my YT channel below (posted below), so I have very important/expensive equipment in the open. Many of my day starts at 5:30am. I usually wake up to go to the department to study. I try to be in bed each night by 11pm the latest. The rent for the second room will be lower than my room since I have a bathroom inside my room. Rent + internet will be $500. Utility and gas Varies, so it is not included in this price. I will be leaving July 22nd, 2023 to begin my first 3 month clinical rotation. Then I have another 3 month clinical rotation following that, so I will be gone for the next six months (I will still be paying my half of the rent). I will be doing mini interviews for the room to determine the best fit on a first come first serve basis. Thanks
