Language Pathway Program

CIEP students who plan to move into a degree program at Andrews University may be able to start taking university classes before they complete the ESL program in CIEP. The Language Pathway Program allows students who are close to the minimum required English language proficiency test score to begin taking university classes as they are finishing the ESL program. Many programs on campus participate in the Language Pathway Program.

In Pathway 1, students typically take three ESL classes and one university class. In Pathway 2, students typically take two ESL classes and two university classes.  If you have questions about the Language Pathway Program and whether or not a particular degree program participates, please contact us in CIEP.
