Biography:

Brett Windsor graduated as a physiotherapist from Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia, in 1994. He became APTA board certified as an orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) in 2000, and completed the NAIOMT manual therapy Clinical Fellowship in 2003, graduating to fellowship in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (FAAOMPT) in 2004.  He is an Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy at Pacific University in Forest Grove Oregon, where he teaches orthopedics, and administration, and functions as the Assistant ACCE.  

Brett has been a member of the Washington State Physical Therapy Licensing Board since 2005, and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon. He is enrolled in the PhD program at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Brett serves on the APTA Residency and Fellowship Credentialing Services Council. He is a volunteer physical therapist for La Center High School, and resides in La Center, Washington with his wife Susan.
