Product Repair

Please contact us before purchasing or shipping any products to us for repair. This item requires an authorization code to purchase, as the price will be updated to match the cost of your repair.

Instructions:

1. Contact us (aupe@andrews.edu) and describe the problem that needs to be repaired (include pictures if possible).
    
2. Wait for us to respond to your request and provide a repair estimate. Please do NOT ship the product to us until we have confirmed your request and determined whether repair is needed.
    
3. Package the unit (or broken section), including any parts that broke off. If possible, use the original box and pad well. If you do not have the original box, choose a box that is close in size to the unit (to minimize shipping cost) and pad well.
    
4. Measure the package dimensions (round up/down to the nearest inch) and weight (round up to the nearest pound).
    
5. Ship the unit to the following address:

6. Once we receive the unit, we will assess the repairs necessary and give you an updated repair estimate. If you still want us to perform the repairs, we will update the price for the specific repairs that you need and send you the authorization code to "purchase" the repair.
    
7. Once we confirm payment, we will complete the repairs and send the unit back to you.
