Room is only available during the university's fall and spring semester dates (August 2025 - April 2026).
The property is located 0.6 miles from Andrews University, 20 min walk, 5 min drive. No pets allowed. Loudness and Cleanliness etiquette is essential.
Monthly rent is $800 USD, includes all utilities: Electric, Trash and Recycle, A/C, Heating, Water, Internet. Washer/Drier also included.
