Nanoscience and Materials Group

Members of the group are engaged in experimental research on functional materials and heterostructures, with an emphasis on electrical transport measurements, nanoscale and structural characterization, and the study of electronic and optoelectronic phenomena in Oxide and Semiconductor-based systems. The group maintains a collaborative, hands-on environment that integrates research training with mentorship and interdisciplinary collaboration.
