The Seminary is committed to constantly improving the learning and transforming experience for Doctor of Ministry participants. Therefore in August of each year a report is rendered of the various direct and indirect assessment activities to a seminary assessment retreat. The same report is rendered to the Doctor of Ministry Program Committee, and to various stakeholders at our annual Doctor of Ministry Conference in the fall. The report is considered, discussed, and after appropriate reflection, recommendations for change are formed and acted on by the program committee and faculty throughout the fall and spring semesters.
That is how we "close the loop" and assure that assessment creates a better learning experience for everyone!
