Biography

Hayden conducts research and analyzes data to support the efforts of Major Gifts Officers.

Before his shoes filled with sand from the Michiana dunes, they were coated in the red dust of Arizona—where Hayden attended high school at Thunderbird Adventist Academy. Hayden went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Andrews University and gained valuable skills while working for Andrews ITS and Office of Alumni Services. In these roles, he provided tech support, contributed to internal processes documentation, and developed custom digital signage solutions.

Beyond tech and data, Hayden is also actively involved in the chronic illness and trauma healing space.

When he's not pouring dirt in his shoes, Hayden enjoys singing, flight simming, and dabbling in video game development.
