Have a credit on your account?:

• Monitor your account in TouchNet
• If there is a credit showing, submit an electronic refund request form. Be sure to select the correct semester! You will receive an email notification from TouchNet that your submission was successful. You can also check your latest request in FinAid SSB.
• Delivery method options-
  • Check-pick up or mail
    • You will receive an email notification from TouchNet when your refund is processed.
  • eRefund-direct deposit to a US checking or savings account
    • Refund Profile set up in TouchNet
    • You will receive an email notification from TouchNet when your refund is processed.
  • Refund of a credit card payment
    • Refund not to exceed amount of original payment.
  • Wire transfer
    • bank transfer to international bank account
    • secure link to wire details form provided
    • US bank transfers also possible for $15 fee

Monthly Payment Plans

• Students can see their payment plan amounts in TouchNet.
• Payments will be due on or before the 25th of the month.
• Last payment due date is December 25.
• If you are unable to make your monthly payment, contact your financial advisor.

Financial Clearance Open for Spring classes

• Unpaid fall balances will delay clearance for Spring classes
• January 11 from 12-5 will be registration Sunday for those needing to see an advisor or make a cash or check payment in person.
• January 21 is add/drop. Registration Central will close at 5pm. Classes will be dropped for those without financial clearance.
• Check Registration Central to confirm that all registration boxes have been checked off as completed.

Winter Break

• The Administration building will be closed from December 22-January 2, 2026. 
• Regular office hours will resume on January 5.
• Staff will be working remote during this time.
• Please check your financial advisor availability in Calendly as some will be taking holiday leave.
