eRefunds

What you need to know:

  • You still need to request the credit on your account by submitting a Refund Request Form.
    • Direct deposit is just the method of delivery; like mail or wire or refund to credit card.
  • You still need to have a credit on your account.
  • While direct deposit is faster than mailing a check, you will still need to allow for regular office processing.

Set up is easy, let's walk you through it!

Do you already have a Saved Payment Method? If you do, then you can simply select that method to be used for refunds. If you do not have a saved payment method you will need to set up a refund method.

Not sure? Log in to your TouchNet Student Account Center and click on eRefunds.

If nothing is listed,

  1. Click on My Profile Setup on the right hand side of the TouchNet Home Screen.
  2. Select Security Settings
  3. Under Two-Step Verification Enrollment select the Primary Method to receive a passcode. You will have the option to use a Backup Method if you so desire. Choose from:
  • Text message
  • Email message
  • Google Authenticator

Once you have completed the Verification Enrollment, you will be brought back to the Home Page. Above the Student Account Center Section you should now see a Banner with a link for the Refund Account Setup page.

Things to remember:

  • Be very careful when entering your Routing & Account numbers. One number off and your refund will bounce back and have to be sent again.
  • Your debit card numbers are NOT the same as your Routing & Account number. Check with your bank if you're not sure.
