Dr. Fortune Sena Zaglago is the Accreditation and Assessment Coordinator for the School of Graduate Psychology and Counseling. Dr. Zaglago is a Community Psychologist, Generalist Consultant and Connecter with nearly 20 years of experience across multiple sectors/disciplines, including social services, research, grant writing, program evaluation, human services, human resources management, community engagement, public administration, and governance.
Dr. Zaglago is passionate about using action research and evidence-based approaches to support social equity, social change, and community empowerment. She continues to consult for nonprofits, and multinational organizations. Her research interests include community and neighborhood development, social and public policy, women’s empowerment, migration, employment, and public health. Dr. Zaglago is currently working with other colleagues on a research project that aims to examine the lived experiences of Black Americans living in Ghana, and how this dynamic impacts foreign policy and international relations.
