2016

2014

  • Joel Lisboa (Platt Fellowship), a Master's student in Archaeology, received the 2014 ASOR Platt Fellowship, which helped to fund his participation in the Sicility excavation. This was Joel's first excavation. The Andrews Siciliy Excavation took place at three sites: Monte Raitano, in San Cipirello, Sicily; and Mokarta and San Miceli, in Salemi, Sicily.

2013

  • Sydney Chilson (Heritage Fellowship). The Heritage Fellowship is a field scholarship given by the American Schools of Oriental Research (ASOR) to students to provide funding for participation in an excavation project. The scholarship is generally $1000 and is open to individual members of ASOR or students enrolled at an ASOR-member school.

2012 

  • Stephane Beaulieu (Heritage Fellowship): a Ph.D. student in Old Testament Studies, participated in a dig at Tall Jalul, one of the two sites in Jordan dug by Andrews University. View Stephane's article
  • Christine Chitwood (Heritage Fellowship): an M.A. student in Near Eastern Archaeology, dug at Khirbat Ataruz under the direction of Dr. Chang Ho Ji and at Tall Jalul. View Christine's article
  • Abelardo Rivas (Heritage Fellowship): a Ph.D. student in Near Eastern Archaeology, also dug at both Tall Jalul and Khirbat Ataruz. 

2010

  • Owen Chestnut (Heritage Fellowship): a Ph.D. student in Near Eastern Archaeology, dug at Tall Jalul.

2009

  • Christie Chadwick (Heritage Fellowship): an M.A. student in Near Eastern Archaeology, dug at Tall Jalul. 
  • Jeffrey Hudon (Heritage Fellowship): a Ph.D. student in Near Eastern Archaeology, dug at Tall Jalul.
